Wishcode is built around a simple principle:

Wishcode is a privacy-first workspace designed for governed AI, communication, and controlled handling of user information.
We do not operate an advertising-based business model.
We do not sell user data.
We do not build advertising profiles from private workspace activity.
Our commercial model is based on access to product capabilities and computational usage.
You pay for capability and compute—not by surrendering your private information.
2. WHAT WISHCODE DOES
Wishcode provides a workspace combining:
Codex Vault
AI Review
Sigil Call
Governed AI workflows
Controlled communication
Token-based AI usage
Wishcode is not itself the underlying AI model.
Where AI functionality is used, user input is processed using OpenAI’s API.
Wishcode provides the surrounding workspace, product controls, governance architecture, and user experience through which those AI capabilities are accessed.
3. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
Depending on how you use Wishcode, you may provide information including:
Prompts
Messages
Questions
Instructions
Text entered into AI workflows
Workspace content
Communication content
Information voluntarily provided through product features
Account or subscription information
You control what information you submit to the platform.
You should not submit highly sensitive information unless you understand the applicable processing requirements of the feature you are using.
4. AI PROCESSING THROUGH OPENAI
ALL USER INPUT SUBMITTED TO WISHCODE’S AI FUNCTIONALITY IS PROCESSED USING OPENAI’S API.
When you use an AI-powered Wishcode feature, the relevant input is transmitted to OpenAI for processing and generation of the requested AI output.
OpenAI therefore acts as an external AI processing provider for these workflows.
Wishcode does not represent OpenAI’s infrastructure as Wishcode’s own infrastructure.
The relationship is:
User Input → Wishcode Workspace → OpenAI API → AI Processing → Wishcode Experience
This distinction is fundamental to the Wishcode architecture.
5. OPENAI DATA PROCESSING
OpenAI’s handling of data submitted through its API is governed by the applicable OpenAI services terms, privacy documentation, and contractual data-processing arrangements.
Wishcode does not control OpenAI’s independent infrastructure.
Users should therefore understand that using Wishcode’s AI functionality necessarily involves transmission of the relevant input to OpenAI for processing.
OpenAI’s current documentation describes contractual data-processing arrangements for API customer data and provides security, deletion, and sub-processor provisions applicable to its services. OpenAI Data Processing Addendum
6. HOW WISHCODE USES USER INFORMATION
Wishcode may process information for purposes including:
Providing requested product functionality
Processing AI requests
Delivering communication features
Maintaining user sessions
Authentication and access control
Subscription and token management
Security and abuse prevention
Diagnostics and technical operations
Maintaining service reliability
Responding to support requests
Meeting legal and regulatory obligations
Wishcode does not use private user content as an advertising product.
7. DATA MONETIZATION
Wishcode does not sell user data.
Wishcode does not rent user data.
Wishcode does not make private user content available to advertisers as an advertising asset.
Wishcode does not build its core revenue model around behavioral advertising.

8. DATA RETENTION
Wishcode is designed to minimize unnecessary retention.
Certain information may nevertheless be temporarily processed, logged, or stored where technically necessary for:

Feature operation
Security
Debugging
Performance monitoring
Service reliability
Subscription administration
Legal compliance
Retention periods depend on the type and purpose of the information.
Wishcode does not retain private user information for the purpose of selling it or creating advertising profiles.
Where deletion is technically and legally available, Wishcode will apply the applicable deletion process.
9. LOCAL AND SESSION DATA
Some Wishcode functionality may use local device storage or session-based processing.
Local handling does not mean that all Wishcode functionality is disconnected from external services.
In particular:
AI functionality requires processing through OpenAI’s API.
Accordingly, users should distinguish between:
Local/session handling by the Wishcode application
and
External AI processing required to provide AI functionality.
This distinction allows Wishcode to describe its architecture accurately without suggesting that OpenAI processing does not occur.
10. COMMUNICATION DATA
Where Wishcode provides communication functionality, information necessary to establish and operate the communication may be processed by the relevant Wishcode infrastructure and service components.
Wishcode is designed around controlled communication and privacy boundaries.
No digital communication system can guarantee absolute security against every possible threat.
Users should therefore avoid transmitting information where doing so would create unacceptable risk.
11. TECHNICAL AND USAGE INFORMATION
Wishcode may process limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the service.
Depending on the implementation, this may include:
IP address
Device information
Browser or application information
Operating system information
Timestamps
Session information
Error and diagnostic information
Usage and service logs
Such information is used for legitimate operational, security, diagnostic, and service-management purposes.
It is not intended to create an advertising profile or to be sold as user data.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Wishcode may use selected third-party infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate the platform.
These may include providers supporting:
AI processing
Cloud infrastructure
Authentication
Payments
Communications
Security
Monitoring
Technical operations
Third-party providers receive information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service, subject to applicable contractual, technical, and legal controls.
The specific providers used by a particular feature may change as the platform evolves.

Wishcode applies technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by the platform.

However:
NO DIGITAL SYSTEM CAN GUARANTEE ABSOLUTE SECURITY.
Wishcode therefore does not make an absolute guarantee that information will never be exposed through an attack, technical failure, unauthorized access, or other event outside reasonable operational control.
14. DATA NOT USED FOR AI MODEL TRAINING BY WISHCODE
Wishcode does not independently use user content to build or train a Wishcode foundation model.
Wishcode’s AI functionality uses OpenAI’s API.
The handling of API-submitted content by OpenAI is governed by the applicable OpenAI service terms and data-processing arrangements.
Users should review the applicable OpenAI documentation for current information regarding API data handling.
15. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Wishcode may process information necessary to administer:
Vault subscriptions
Token purchases
Transaction records
Billing
Refunds
Fraud prevention
Subscription status
Payment information may be processed by the applicable payment provider.
Wishcode does not need access to complete payment-card information where payment processing is handled directly by a third-party payment provider.
16. CHILDREN
Wishcode is not intended for children under 13.
If applicable law establishes a higher minimum age for the relevant service or jurisdiction, that requirement will apply.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
17. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to:
Access information held about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion where legally available
Request information about processing
Restrict or object to certain processing
Withdraw consent where consent is the applicable legal basis

18. INDIAN DATA PROTECTION
Wishcode operates from India and seeks to comply with applicable Indian privacy and data-protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules and regulations as they become effective and applicable to the service.
Compliance statements in this policy do not constitute a representation that Wishcode is exempt from any specific statutory requirement or that every feature has identical regulatory treatment.
19. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Because Wishcode uses external service providers, including OpenAI for AI processing, information may be processed in jurisdictions outside India.
Where applicable, Wishcode will use appropriate contractual, technical, or legal mechanisms for such processing and transfers.
Users should understand that submitting information to an AI-powered feature necessarily involves transmission of the relevant input to the applicable AI processing provider.
20. DATA BREACHES
If Wishcode becomes aware of a personal-data breach requiring notification under applicable law, Wishcode will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, remediate, and notify affected parties or authorities where legally required.
21. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Wishcode may update this Privacy Policy when:
Product architecture changes
New features are introduced
Third-party processors change
Data-handling practices change
Legal or regulatory requirements change
The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
Continued use of Wishcode following an applicable policy update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
