By accessing, downloading, registering for, or using Wishcode, including its website, applications, AI functionality, communication features, Vault subscriptions, token services, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Wishcode.
These Terms should be read together with the Wishcode Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific products, features, subscriptions, or services.
Wishcode provides a combination of:
AI-powered analysis and review
Governed AI workflows
Controlled workspace functionality
Codex Vault capabilities

Vault-based intelligence capabilities

Experimental and evolving protocol features
Wishcode is a software platform and governed workspace.
Wishcode is not itself the underlying artificial-intelligence model.
Where AI processing is required, user input is processed using OpenAI’s API.
OpenAI provides the underlying AI processing capability for applicable workflows, while Wishcode provides the surrounding product, workspace, governance, controls, and user experience.
Wishcode separates the AI processing layer from the Wishcode governance and workspace layer.
The general architecture can be represented as:

This separation means that:
Wishcode is not represented as the underlying AI model.
OpenAI provides AI processing for applicable functionality.
Wishcode governs the surrounding product experience.
User input may be transmitted to OpenAI where AI processing is required.
Applicable data handling is governed by the Wishcode Privacy Policy and the applicable third-party provider terms.
Wishcode may evolve its architecture, infrastructure, models, providers, or technical implementation over time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wishcode.
If applicable law in your jurisdiction requires a higher minimum age, that higher age requirement applies.
You represent that:
You meet the applicable age requirement.
You have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The information you provide is accurate to the extent required for the service.
You will use Wishcode only for lawful purposes.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical protections except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful mechanisms.
Interfere with the operation or availability of the platform.
Circumvent usage limits, token controls, subscription restrictions, or security mechanisms.
Use automated methods to abuse or overload the service.
Attempt to extract, replicate, or commercially exploit Wishcode’s proprietary architecture without authorization.
Use AI-generated output as a substitute for qualified professional advice where professional advice is required.
Use Wishcode to make decisions involving significant legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other high-impact consequences without appropriate human review.
Wishcode may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where it reasonably believes these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
Wishcode uses AI technology to generate analysis, interpretation, summaries, responses, and other outputs.
AI-generated output may contain:
Errors
Inaccuracies
Omissions
Outdated information
Incorrect assumptions
Fabricated or unsupported statements
AI output should therefore be treated as machine-generated assistance, not guaranteed fact.
You are responsible for evaluating the suitability and accuracy of output before relying on it.
Wishcode does not guarantee that any AI output is accurate, complete, current, unbiased, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Wishcode is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wishcode does not provide:
Legal advice
Medical advice
Financial advice
Investment advice
Tax advice
Professional engineering certification
Emergency services
Safety-critical decision-making
Where a decision may materially affect a person’s health, finances, legal position, safety, employment, or rights, obtain appropriate professional review.
Wishcode uses OpenAI’s API for applicable AI processing.
Your use of AI functionality therefore involves processing through OpenAI’s infrastructure.
OpenAI is an independent third-party service provider and is not controlled by Wishcode.
Your use of Wishcode’s AI functionality is subject to the applicable OpenAI terms, policies, and data-processing arrangements that apply to the relevant API service.
Wishcode may also use other third-party infrastructure providers necessary to operate features such as:

The applicable third-party services may change as the platform evolves.
When you submit information to a Wishcode AI feature, that input is processed using OpenAI’s API.

Questions
Instructions
Messages

Workspace information
Other content necessary to perform the requested operation
You acknowledge that submitting such information to an AI feature may result in transmission of that information to OpenAI for processing.
Wishcode may process information necessary to:
Provide requested functionality.
Maintain sessions.
Deliver communications.
Manage accounts.
Process subscriptions and tokens.
Maintain security.
Diagnose technical problems.
Improve reliability.
Prevent abuse.
Comply with legal obligations.
The applicable details are described in the Wishcode Privacy Policy.
Wishcode does not sell user data.
Wishcode does not rent private user content to advertisers.
Wishcode does not make private user information the core economic asset of its business model.
The commercial model is based on product capability and computational usage.

A local-first or privacy-focused feature does not mean that every Wishcode feature operates entirely without external processing.

Wishcode does not guarantee that every feature will always remain local-only.
Codex Vault provides workspace capabilities associated with memory, information, records, and controlled content.

Wishcode does not guarantee permanent availability of any particular storage, memory, or workspace mechanism.

Communication features may rely on third-party infrastructure and technical services.
Wishcode is designed around privacy-conscious communication and controlled access.
However, no communication system can guarantee absolute protection against:
Device compromise
Malware
Account compromise
Network attacks
User error
Third-party infrastructure failure
Other unforeseen security events
Users should exercise appropriate judgment when transmitting sensitive information.
Wishcode may offer different intelligence and capability tiers known as Vaults.
Current tiers may include:

Foundational AI Overview.
₹799 / 28 days
Advanced Cognitive Analysis.

Deterministic Cognitive Control / Advanced Analysis.
Features, pricing, allowances, and availability may change.
The specific features available to a user are determined by the active Vault tier.
Wishcode may use a token system to govern AI usage.
The distinction is:
Tokens do not independently unlock a higher intelligence tier.
Purchasing additional tokens increases usage capacity for eligible features available under the user’s current Vault.
To access a higher capability tier, the user must upgrade the applicable Vault.
Vault subscriptions may include a daily token allowance.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product terms:
The allowance refreshes according to the product’s stated daily cycle.
Unused daily allowance does not automatically roll over.
The allowance is available only while the applicable Vault remains active.
Usage may vary according to the AI functionality being used.
Wishcode may modify token accounting, consumption rates, or eligible features where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in infrastructure, models, pricing, or product architecture.
Wishcode may offer additional token bundles.
Current indicative bundles may include:
1,000 tokens — ₹49
5,000 tokens — ₹199
15,000 tokens — ₹499
50,000 tokens — ₹1,299
Unless otherwise stated at purchase:
Extra tokens increase usage capacity.
Extra tokens do not upgrade the user’s Vault.
Extra tokens cannot be converted into a higher intelligence tier.
Extra tokens remain available until consumed, subject to applicable product terms.
Prices and bundle sizes may change.
Where Wishcode offers paid subscriptions or token purchases, payment may be processed through an applicable third-party payment platform, app store, or payment processor.
The relevant payment provider’s terms may apply to the transaction.
Subscription renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and billing may also be subject to the applicable platform’s rules.
Wishcode does not guarantee that a subscription or token purchase will be available in every jurisdiction.
Refunds are subject to:
Applicable law.
The applicable payment provider’s policies.
App Store or platform-specific rules where applicable.
Wishcode’s published refund terms, if any.
Wishcode reserves the right to investigate fraudulent or abusive refund activity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Wishcode and its associated materials may contain intellectual property belonging to Wishcode Division, Yellowlove Global Trade, its licensors, or other rights holders.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from proprietary Wishcode materials.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Wishcode intellectual property to the user.
You retain rights you already possess in content you submit to Wishcode, subject to:
Rights belonging to third parties.
Applicable law.
The permissions necessary to provide the requested service.
Processing through applicable third-party providers such as OpenAI.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content to Wishcode.
You must not submit content that unlawfully infringes another person’s intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
Wishcode may contain experimental, symbolic, protocol-based, or evolving features.
These may include internal or branded frameworks such as:
Truth Protocol
Codex protocols
Symbolic interaction systems
Experimental automation mechanisms
Ecozine-related framework references
Other proprietary or experimental architectural concepts
Such terminology describes product architecture, design philosophy, or experimental functionality unless expressly stated otherwise.
It does not create a representation that Wishcode constitutes a government-recognized sovereign entity, legal jurisdiction, regulated authority, cryptographic standard, or statutory institution.
Where Wishcode references the Ecozine Framework (∞ΞNΔ-ΦΩΣ), Protocol Vault Agreement ΔE-108, or other associated Yellowlove/Ecozine frameworks, such references describe the applicable internal, licensed, proprietary, or conceptual architecture under which those features are presented.
No such reference should be interpreted as:
A government-issued certification.
A statutory authority.
A court-recognized jurisdiction.
A replacement for applicable law.
A guarantee of legal sovereignty.
All applicable intellectual-property rights remain with their respective owners.
Wishcode applies reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the platform and information processed through it.

No specific feature is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wishcode is provided:

The service will always be available.
AI outputs will always be accurate.
AI outputs will always be complete.
AI outputs will be suitable for a particular purpose.
The service will operate without interruption.
The service will be compatible with every device.
Third-party services will remain available.
Communications will always be successfully delivered.
Data will never be lost or corrupted.
Security incidents will never occur.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wishcode Division, Yellowlove Global Trade, their respective contributors, custodians, contractors, licensors, service providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to use of the service.
This may include, where legally permitted:
Loss of profits.
Loss of business opportunity.
Loss of data.
Business interruption.
Service downtime.
Reliance on AI-generated output.
Third-party service failures.
Unauthorized access.
Device or network failures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You are responsible for:
How you use Wishcode.
The information you submit.
Decisions you make based on AI output.
Verification of AI-generated information.
Maintaining appropriate backups.
Protecting your account and devices.
Complying with applicable laws.
Obtaining professional advice where necessary.
Wishcode provides tools and computational capability.
The user remains responsible for the final decision.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wishcode Division, Yellowlove Global Trade, and their applicable contributors, service providers, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:
Your unlawful use of the service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your infringement of third-party rights.
Content you submit unlawfully.
Your misuse of the platform.
Your violation of applicable law.
This provision does not apply to the extent caused by the negligence, willful misconduct, or legally non-excludable liability of Wishcode.
Wishcode may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:
Violation of these Terms.
Fraud.
Abuse.
Security threats.
Illegal activity.
Non-payment.
Attempts to circumvent platform controls.
Requests from lawful authorities.
Operational or technical requirements.
Users may discontinue use of Wishcode at any time.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to users under applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, courts having competent jurisdiction in Hooghly District, West Bengal, India, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory statutory right a consumer or user may have to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.
Wishcode may update these Terms when necessary because of:
Product changes.
New services.
Changes in infrastructure.
Changes in third-party providers.
Legal or regulatory developments.
Security requirements.
Commercial changes.
The updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
Where legally required, material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice.
